Mrs. Long joined ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ early in 2006 and has contributed to our success, growth and expanded services with a focus towards quality assurance and mitigating risk for our nationwide client base. She has over 26 years of experience in residential, commercial & industrial construction. As a current member of the ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ team, Mrs. Long serves as National Director of Construction Quality Assurance, working with clients, project teams, insurance carriers and overseeing our Construction Consultants nationwide.Her focused approach to providing leadership, ongoing mentoring, procedural development programs and risk mitigation best practices has been a key element in our ever-widening services available to our client teams. She was an integral part of the team involved in the design & development strategies of CaptureQA®, our recently expanding construction management services portfolio, along with being part of the team to design the safety auditing program and Builder Audits for our insurance partners in this industry.

Prior to joining ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ, Mrs. Long served with Taslimi Construction Company, where she was responsible for a $60M renovation of the Beverly Hilton Hotel, major renovation to the G4 Television Studios and was also responsible for managing the build-out of (4) separate entries in the Neo-Con West Competition, one of which won the first ever competition on the West Coast. With her background in Fine Arts she has a very keen eye for every detail being exact and on target.

Prior to her work in California, Mrs. Long began her construction career learning the trim carpentry trade, first in residential construction, then moving up through the ranks into commercial properties with TCD, Inc., working on restaurants, retail, educational facilities, civic buildings and some light industrial structures. Eventually becoming a General contractor at Deb L. Finke Construction and Design Company, where she was sole owner and responsible for all field and design-related aspects of commercial projects in the Denver area, as well as multi-million dollar homes and retail art studios in the mountains of Colorado. Additionally, Mrs. Long’s work on an award-winning renovation of a 130-year-old home in White Bear Lake, MN was featured on the ‘Twin Cities PM Magazine’ show for its innovation in design and retention of heritage and legacy.

Mrs. Long attended Monmouth College for Fine Arts, is also a graduate of Landmark Education, is an active member of RCI, Inc., and International Association of Building Envelope Consultants, and holds numerous OSHA Safety Certifications.
