Mr. Turner brings more than 20 years experience of residential and commercial construction management, risk engineering, QA/QC, and defect investigation to the ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ team. He has held senior leadership positions in numerous companies managing staff, major construction projects, advanced safety consulting, and training and development of risk engineers. In his current position with ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ, Mr. Turner oversees a national team of Construction Consultants, providing leadership and management of during-construction quality assurance programs for clients’ projects across the US. Additionally, he oversees the Pre-Construction team, performing Plan Reviews and waterproofing consulting.

Prior to joining ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ, Mr. Turner was a Senior Risk Engineer Consultant with Zurich Services Corporation where he developed advanced quality assurance and risk management programs for construction firms. His role included identifying and evaluating exposures with significant loss potential. Mr. Turner co-authored a framework for implementing effective quality assurance programs, which was featured in Builder Magazine and has been adopted as an internal standard by many private and public corporations. Prior to his time at Zurich, he was the Director of Operations for Pacific West Builders where he executed all facets of planning, estimating, management, and document control. Projects included multiple single-family home developments and large-scale government projects, and he was responsible for managing material requisitions, delivery, and accounts receivable/payable for 12 simultaneous projects with a total budget of over 50 million dollars. Additionally, while on active duty in the U.S. Navy, Mr. Turner was an instructor for Advanced Base Facility Construction with responsibilities that included directing estimation, management, and construction supervision for large-scale commercial projects in the United States and Europe. He currently serves as a Civil Engineer Officer in the U.S.

Navy Reserve force where his duties include overseeing project planning, budgeting, construction scheduling, staffing, and evaluating the readiness of naval construction personnel.

Mr. Turner holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Construction Management and an Associates of Arts in Construction Technologies, with a specialization in Inspection. He is a California licensed General Contractor and has also earned certificates in Architectural Drafting, OSHA Safety and Health Standards for Construction, and achieved the Construction Risk Insurance Specialist (CRIS) designation.
